Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Take responsibility for the cleanliness of the beverage preparation area, upkeep of specialty equipment, and routine tasks to maintain an inviting environment.

  • Greet and serve customers with personalized, fast, and friendly service, aiming to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences.

  • Adhere strictly to food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff.

  • Use every interaction as an opportunity to brighten someone’s day, whether through crafting delicious beverages or engaging in friendly conversation.

  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security, to ensure a smooth and safe operation.

  • Quickly absorb and retain knowledge of all beverage recipes and cashier duties, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Summary of Experience 

Minimum 1 year in a related café environment.

Required Knowledge & Skills and Abilities

  • Quick learner

  • Understanding of Front of House responsibilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

  • Experience in fast-paced retail food and beverage handling
